Just completed my 300 jumping jacks. According to HMR, I did it in 5 min 11 sec, with an average HR of 144 (which I am pretty sure is inaccurate. I looked at my HRM and it was at 150+ most of the time) Anyways, that comes out to me burning 45 extra calories for the day :-)0

Ok I completed it.. Wow, I did 100 at a time and waited 10 seconds and back at it again. Great Challenge, Im not a fan of Jumping Jacks and the only way I would do one is to be challenged.. So thank you!0
