Three way tie: 0.5 cup skim milk, Kashi Cinnamon Harvest, fresh banana. My breakfast every morning. Close runners up are my vitamins and black coffee. They are runners up because I've only started logging them at the beginning of the year.0

If you are looking for your most used food and you're using the MFP website. Select the FOOD tab. Under your FOOD DIARY look for ADD FOOD (there will be several just select one it doesn't matter which). There is a drop down selection box underneath the search box. In that drop down box select All Meals. It isn't already select MOST USED.
This isn't accurate, I've got foods on my 'Most Used' list that I've only eaten a handful of times over the past 9 months and foods that I have every single day are not on this list.0 -

I eat loads of eggs, usually about 2 a day either plain hard boiled, mashed with natural yoghurt and spices or pickled.
Eggs however are nowhere to be seen in my 'Most Used' list. ;-)0 -
