Insanity Workout

Does anyone have any information about the Insanity Workout by Shaun T.? I saw an infomercial about it, it looked interesting, but I've never been one of those people who buys something off of a t.v. infomercial without investigating it first.

    I have them. I love the videos but I wouldnt reccommend using them if you have knee problems. There is alot of jumping and squatting. However, it is a great workout!!

    How long have you used them, and are they worth the investment? Have you seen any noticable gains/ loses?
