Hi, I'm Scott, Im 5'9, 182lbs, and I'm 12 days in to my nutrition plan and P90X2 work out, it's going superb and already starting to feel the benefits 
I ate normal everyday food, mainly rubish or nothing during day then a nice meal at dinner time and drank most evenings.
Felt like ****e most of the time to be honest!
So a change was in order, I always new that by the time I was 40 I wanted to be fit! So nearly three years away from that life milestone I decided that September 1st 2012 I would give up alcohol and September 7th start P90X2 with a full nutrition plan.
Now only drinking plenty of water and eating regular with regular exercise its starting to feel good, even so early into this I feel that I'm doing something I should of done a long time ago!

I have the P90X DVD's. How much different is P90X2? Or maybe you wouldn't know because you haven't done the first one. I suppose there is a thread about that somewhere on here.0
