Injured nerve in elbow, advice needed

I was doing the oblique raise in the 30DS where you lay on your side, prop up on your elbow, then raise your body off the ground. When I lifted my body, my elbow rolled and there was a sharp pain, now 10 days later it's worse. My elbow is really sensitive right on the top bone and I can feel some sensitivity radiating up and down my arm. Is there anything I can do to fix this myself? If not, who can help me? My regular doctor or should I see some sort of specialist?

    How is your elbow doing? Have you tried taking an anti-inflamatory? I hope you are better by now, sorry for the late reply on this one!
