My small but yet BIG NSV

Last night my younger son and I went to help my older son move into his new apartment. Mind you Anthony hasnt seen me since before I took the step towards my new lifestyle. When he first saw me he said Ma! you are so skinny! Later as we were about to leave, he wrapped his arms around me and said 'look Mom, I can wrap my arms all the way around you ... Im so proud of you' ... I still get teary eyed just thinking about it. I started my journey mid-may at 176lbs .. 12 yrs ago I was at my heaviest, 220. Today, Im at 145 and still working at it. This has paid for all my hard work and gives me the incentive to keep going. I love my kids and it feels so good when they are PROUD of ME!

Thank you all for your kind words. I never knew what it felt like to have my kids be proud of me. I didnt realize it was such a big deal to me until last night. Its one of the most awesome feelings ever. I am determined to continue on this journey for the rest of my life, as I always want them to be proud of me.
