Just completed my 300 jumping jacks. According to HMR, I did it in 5 min 11 sec, with an average HR of 144 (which I am pretty sure is inaccurate. I looked at my HRM and it was at 150+ most of the time) Anyways, that comes out to me burning 45 extra calories for the day :-)0

Ok I completed it.. Wow, I did 100 at a time and waited 10 seconds and back at it again. Great Challenge, Im not a fan of Jumping Jacks and the only way I would do one is to be challenged.. So thank you!0

I'll try, started exercising again yesterday and my routine had about 100 in it then and my shins were starting to hurt. I'll give it a try and split the 300 up within a 30 minute period.0

350 done - this old body doesn't handle jumping too well - actually it's the landings that are rough, so I modified with a bouncy leg extension.0
