Hello, I've used MFP before but not got very far, now on a weight loss programme localy and lost over a stone since january but the weights crept back on, im gutted so have had to get serious! I am so bad at motivating myself so would welcome any friend requests! I have lost 2kg in just under a week so i think its going ok. I also have lots of health problems so exercising can be painful but i've been making myself go to the gym at least once a week but now going twice or more when I can! ... Oh! And i have coeliac disease so diet has to be 100% gluten free, struggling!! Just wanted to say hi, and introduce myself... hopefully post progress and not "i've just binged" posts next time :P xx
