Another plug for Blogilates. A lot of her videos (especially newer ones) aren't traditional type pilates, but they're fun, and that goes a long way. She's also got cardio and strength videos of all types.
Winsor Pilates DVDs are awesome. I have the upper body, buns and thighs, abs, and advanced body sculpting. The first three are on the shorter side at only 20 minutes. The advanced body sculpting one is an hour.0 -
I use the APY yoga system. It is hardcore but gives phenominal results. I also use the JM yoga video...although this isn't "true" yoga...more like cardio using yoga moves. Again, very effective though.0

I am so cheap! I will NOT pay when it comes to exercise (luckily my bf's ex wife left her treadmill here or I'd have to go out in tropical queensland heat every, I go on youtube and look up POP pilates by cassie ho, she's amazing and it's a real work out0
