augh broken toe

I have never posted and have just started recording my weight b/c I broke my toe. Regardless of what I eat, I record it. It is helping but not being able to exercise really has me down as I feel gross and pudgy.

Hey dont feel down. I know how you feel I fell down some stairs and broke my ribs, and it was a nightmare.. fitness wise, but Im slowloy starting back at it, you can too... Lets do this together.. I am kaz ..0

I've gone swimming and it wasn't bad. I'm just used to spinning, running and pilates.
I go to the dr later this week to get it checked out. still in the orthopedic shoe i got after the xray0 -
yeah swimming will be great for you...ab work...hand bike if you have access to it. dont let this make you take a step back!0
