10-Week Work In Progress

Down over 30 pounds since I kicked this off at the end of June. Went clothes shopping today to find myself down a shirt size and 12 inches off the waist. Notice the difference a little but see a pretty significant result when looking side by side.

No magic shakes, pills, surgeries, foods, etc. Just a focus on eating within my calorie range with healthier foods and working out 4-5 days a week (3-5 miles cardio outdoors at a local park and some strength training).

ETA: The shirt on the left is a 3XL and on the right is a 2XL. Oh, and despite the look on my face I'm not actually happier fatter... my extremely hot fiancee was standing next to me in the picture on the left and on the right is my "serious face". :-)
