Some of it might adapt with time. You could try injectable fillers if there's no change after a couple of years.0

Not sure how much youve lost nor how much you weigh... but might try to change up makeup if you wear any... I had to. not that I look sick, but because the old look wasn't getting it for me.0

Me too, but I love it! They're also saying my neck/chest area is thinner....0

I have lost 105 lb , and I am having the same problems. Not sure what to do about it. I was thinking of going in and having a consultation with one of those skin clinics.0

Ive lost close to 10 lbs as of today. I have a small frame already. I wear mak up occasionally as I prefer th natural look. My neck and Chest don't look like hey are thinning like a previous poster mentioned. My neck nd chin actually look FAT!0

I don't really understand why a thinning face is a problem. It's just your face...minus as much fat as used to be there. I think people's faces almost always look a lot more attractive after weight loss. If you are so skinny people are asking if you are sick...maybe that is a seperate issue that needs to be addressed. Otherwise, you are just displaying a healthy-weight face that tops off your healthy-weight body. It's a good thing!0

Well, fat in the face generally means a more youthful look. It's one thing to have cut cheekbones, and another to have marionette lines. For 30+ women, it's something to think about.
btw, my face looked a bit haggard when I first lost my weight, but it's not too bad now. I'm in my 30s (and have not yet turned to fillers).0 -
Make sure you moisturize, dry skin can make you look gaunt!1
