    Green tea isn't fermented the way black tea is (to make it black).

    It's great though, I love it, especially brewed with crushed mint leaves and a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime.

    I'm sorry, but an honest google search on why you should not drink soda...diet or not would've answered. Sugar is bad. Fake sugar is bad..it confuses your body, you can't digest it....

    Tea....Well if you're looking at making the switch to tea you should know the benefits. Have you ever heard of benefits from pop?

    Green tea without sugar is good for you :) Green tea with sugar can be just as bad as soda

    +1 the bottled crap has the sugar...read the labels

    Just remember sugar=bad

    Only time it's good is after a heavy workout to spike insulin levels. Otherwise stay away...

    An occasional treat is ok, but have discipline.

    I DRINK 1 GAL OF FRESH BREWD GREEN TEA A DAY. I HAVE DONE THIS FOR 2 YEARS & HAVE LOST ABOUT 80 LBS.
