    I'm pretty new to this too. I started by just logging my food and exercise. Even just logging your food really makes you more conscious of how much you actually eat. I've already lost 3 pounds, and I just joined 2 days ago!

    I guess I have to go buy a scale...I joined Chuze fitness and they don't have a scale there!
