All you need to do is multiply kg by 2.2 to get lbs and divide lbs by 2.2 to get kg.

    This...

I have to convert lbs to kg for medical math all the time. Easiest way is to take lbs and divide by 2, then subtract 10%. 120lbs /2 = 60. 60-6 =55kg.
