    dang forgot about walden farms!!! the pancake syrup, blueberry pancake syrup, and chocolate syrup make everything better... put that stuff in oatmeal and im good to go!

    SRIRACHA TIMES A MILLION. I eat it at least once a day on just about anything. As a side note, once *a looong time ago* I had a burger with peanut butter, jelly, and sriracha on it.

    What is sriracha? Gah I feel stupid lol

    "Rooster" Sauce. The clear bottle, green pointed cap, bright red sauce. You see it a lot in Sushi places. Really has some great kick! Start small! lol

    I like using Lite mayo on sandwiches, and I love ketchup but it is high in sodium..there is ketchup with lower sodium that is better for you I am going to try. Also vinager on a sub or sandwich adds flavor with few little calories.
