Estimated Calories?

Okay, I weight 369 and 6'5"/Age 18.
Can anyone tell me how to calculate the calories burned on this? I did this in 30 minutes from 12:15AM to 12:45AM and my grey shirt was completely soaked with sweat!
10 situps, 10 pushups, 10 shoulder press(70lb bar), 10 squats(holding 90lbs)
9 situps, 9 pushups, 9 shoulder press(70lb bar), 9 squats(holding 90lbs)
8 situps, 8 pushups, 8 shoulder press(70lb bar), 8 squats(holding 90lbs)
7 situps, 7 pushups, 7 shoulder press(70lb bar), 7 squats(holding 90lbs)
6 situps, 6 pushups, 6 shoulder press(70lb bar), 6 squats(holding 90lbs)
5 situps, 5 pushups, 5 shoulder press(70lb bar), 5 squats(holding 90lbs)
4 situps, 4 pushups, 4 shoulder press(70lb bar), 4 squats(holding 90lbs)

If it was me I would just add it as 30 minutes strength training in the cardio part0

easy way is to buy a heart rate monitor with a chest strap which can calculate it for you. Be sure to get one with a calorie function. That's what I use and log with as the treadmill and machine vastly overestimate calorie burn.0

I have the bodybugg that is pretty accurate. I just forgot to wear it!

HRM is definitely the best thing to use but I found this website which I used when my HRM was away getting fixed and it seemed fairly accurate.........
