Mine's cashew, but you either have to leave it at room temp. and restir, or accept that it kind of dries out in the fridge.

Kettle brand Cashew butter, Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I also like The Bee's Knees brand peanut butter made with real honey instead of sugar and no high fructose corn syrup in it

I get a walnut butter blend from my local farmers market and it makes me have a religious experience every time I put it in my mouth. What more can you ask of a nut butter? :drinker:0
