So, I am going to the grocery store today, something I do not usually do, but my husband is out of town. What are some (healthy) things that are either always on your lists' or never on your list b/c you just know you are gonna buy it...

always on my list: fresh fruits and veggies (spinach, lettuce, carrots, brussel sprouts, green beans, broccoli, apples, berries, oranges, whatever is in season.
frozen fruit for breakfast with oatmeal
above oatmeal
frozen chicken breasts
a nice fresh fish
kashi cereal for mixing with yogurt
greek yogurt
oatmeal
kashi granola bars (the blackberry graham ones are fabulous)
egg beaters
light whole wheat bread
ronzoni smart taste pasta

Healthy Life High Fiber Whole Grain Wheat Bread
Kraft 2% Cheese
Silk Vanilla Light or 1% milk
Jenny-O Deli Turkey Cajun (just watch the sodium)
Whole Wheat Burger Buns
Ground Turkey
Lean Ground Beef
5oz Bone In NY Strip Steaks
Laughing Cow Light Swiss (even Original is not aweful for you)
Mushrooms
Greens
Celery
Baby Carrots
Light Dressing
Mustard
Smart Ones Breakfast Sandwiches
Lean Cuisine or Smart One Entrees (whatever is on sale) (watch the sodium)
Kellog's Fruit Harvest Cereal
Banana Nut Cheerios
Granola Bars
Oatmeal
Whole Wheat Pasta or Ronzoni Smart ((something, cant remember the actual name)
Crushed tomatoes for homeade spaghetti sauce or Marinara (easiest way to be able to eat it with much fewer calories.

I love yoplait original 99% fat free yogurt (you could probably do it with light too but I don't consuming artificial sweeteners...) after it's put in the freezer for 2 or 3 hours. It's AMAZING!!0
