My wife tells me I stopped!, I haven't lost that much yet, but already this?? This is extremely encouraging! Our bodies are actually very grateful

She hated it, and you know what they say... "Happy wife, happy life!". :-)

    YELP!!! My husband quieted quite a bit when he lsot weight and when he put it back on, he got loud again. WISH he would lose weight again...not only for himself but for me too. Not only does snoring signal Sleep Apnea (in most) but, makes for an unhappy spouse sleeping next to you!!!

    CONGRATS!!!! That is a BIG step!!! :-)

    Losing just 10% of your body weight will improve sleep apnea by a whopping 40%!! It's a fact! Congrats and keep up the good work!

    I read somewhere swallowing olive oil before bed can help with snoring.

    thanks all! I have always struggled with the "intake" side of the equation and MFP is certainly helping with that!

    I know exactly what it feels like...my wife told me that i have quit snoring also...i used to wake myself up with it
