i should be loosing double digits. need some help

Im doing everything right but not dropping the weight fast enough. how can i drop weight faster.i wanna lose more then 5 pounds this weeks. i had 2 bad weeks. one week i gain 2 pounds and the other week i gain 9 pounds. so how can get the fat stop growing and stop gaining pounds. my goal is to lose 75 right now i lost 27. my weight goal is 170 right now im 218. im eatting 1200 calories everyday. should i eat more then 1200 everyday.

Why are you in a rush to lose the weight? You didn't gain it overnight, so you're not going to lose it overnight either. You are more likely to keep it off if you lose slow and steady. I would definitely say you are eating too little. I am a woman and weigh 220 currently and eat over 2000 calories per day and still lose weight.0

JUST MY HUMBLE OPINION...
Took the liberty of looking at your diary.... two things i notice: (1) you can stand to eat cleaner (i.e. lean meats - chicken breast, fish - both are high in protein). I noticed at least 2x's this month when you ate McDonald's or Wendy's. (2) What are your macros set at? Your Carbs are high in comparison to your Fats and Proteins. Whenever I look to cut weight, I always make sure I do low carb/low fat but high protein. Also, are you doing any weight training? This will help burn calories and reduce fat.0 -
