New Exercise Routine

Hi.I have lost 5 lbs, and I hate working out.everything i do, i do at home, and i was curious as to what home workout would be best for burning fat..my current weight is 172 and my goal weight is 120is....Thank you..and need extra support so feel free to add me :)

    Hi :) I have struggled for a long time trying to find something I could do at home...I tried Jillians 30-Day Shred and that's just not enough, I've tried P90X and it was fine for 6 weeks and then something came up and I just never got back into it plus the workouts are an hour or longer. What I have found this time was this blog: http://bloging.lifeplusfitness.com/ and you click on the Bikini Body 8-Week Program. Workouts are great and they are only about 30 mins.

    Another one I found and like is http://www.bodyrock.tv/ these workouts are only about 12 mins. Great workouts :)

    I love working out at home. I don't feel like you have to pay for gym memberships if you can workout at home. My current program is TurboFire. I love it! It's fun and I definitely feel the burn. I just started a couple of days ago but it's great and I can't wait to see where these 90 days take me :) Good luck to you!
  • :embarassed: The sad thing is~ I am so out of shape, it is hard for me to continue exercise without stopping for a few seconds to a minute. I am really looking for a beginner's out of shape workout program to start with, then when I can get through that, work my way up..I know it needs to be kinda fast-paced to burn calories, I have looked and looked, just wondering if anyone has anymore ideas..Also~ walking is a good source to burn calories? I can only walk for about a block atm without shear pain ripping through my shin area. Does anyone have any advice on how to get past this difficult first stage? I really need to get going. I feel like a failure because I cannot do much without the pain.( I really let myself get out of shape, it is embarrassing)..If anyone has advice or has been where I am~ please~ help me..Thank you for taking the time to read my story..and thanks for the previous answers girls~ those workouts are just a bit too much for me yet, but I'm trying to get there..Have a great day! :smile:
