All the craziness and busy work schedule is obviously gonna be around much longer than I thought. Not getting control of my food again isn't gonna help me feel any less stressed. I need to change my old schedule to match and accomadate my new schedule. I can't work out as often but I still have to find time to do it, and being exhausted at the end of the day isn't an excuse to eat whatever is handiest!!! I am tired of being disappointed in myself every night ! Just needed to vent and admit that I am so not in control right now!

  • Every day you wake up with a clean slate :) Good luck getting the train back on the tracks. I know how hard it can be.

    I totally understand with eating whats easiest because you are tired, but Buzzkitty is right, each day is new. I have days where I wake up and breakfast is perfect, but then lunch is awful. So I throw that day out the window. Say ok, today is a crappy food day, but tomorrow I can be back on track. YOu just gotta look for the positive even when you are super stressed and want what you think is gonna make you feel good.
