Kettlebells

Just completed my first Kettlebell class at lunchtime..
It was hard, but different - which I am guessing is the point of these new classes.
Has anyone else tried it? How do you point the exercise? It is not on the list.

I haven't done an actual kettlebell class, but I've done kettlebell swings as part of CrossFit. I love them. It was different, but somehow the shape of the actual bell and its handle made "handling" it much easier for me. Stick with it!!!0

I use to train with kettlebells, it is a great work out and you will see results quickly! Stay with it if it is an option!0

I too have done it as part of crossfit (which I usually log as calisthentics). Not sure if that's right, but it's the closest thing I can find (sometimes I log it as weight training too) since Crossfit is so diverse & intense!0

I love my kettlebells. I add it in as part of my squats, lunges, etc,..with weight. The shape of them just makes them easier to hold on to when doing overhead arcs (work the obliques). keep it up!0
