Coconut water has astounding properties. Here are three fun facts about nature’s best water:

It gives you a great energy boost AND is a fantastic hydrator (all the while, supporting healthy digestion!).
I think you get it. Coconut is great.
Tools You’ll Need:
1 bread pan
2 mixing bowls
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Spatula
Whisker
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut flour
6 cage-free organic eggs (whisked)
½ cup organic extra virgin coconut oil (melted)
¼ cup full fat canned coconut milk (must be canned and full fat!)
½ teaspoon sea salt
Coconut oil spray
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray bread pan with coconut oil spray and set aside.
3. Mix dry ingredients (coconut flour and sea salt) together in a mixing bowl.
