Losing Weight

I am wondering if anyone else is having a hard to losing the weight.
I am staying with my calories and am also walking at least 3 times per week. Seem to stuck in the same place.
Any suggestions??

  • switch up your workout routine! your body will get use to the same old same old and learn how to work with it....so maybe do bike riding or something instead of walking one week :) when you confuse your body the more calories you burn!

    Having the exact same problem. I'm always thinking like what am I doing wrong? Ehh I don't know. I walk 6-7 days a week. I do Turbo Fire and I play games on the wii like Zumba, wii tennis etc. Eating better but no changes so far so I mean all I can say is push on and do as much as you can. Eventually we'll see some type of change.. Good luck!
