Free 90 day fitness program on youtube

I was hoping that some people on here have tried it. I'm on day 3 and today is a rest day. But my real question is what should I call it on here? The 2 days I've had to workout with it are 30-35 minutes long workouts, but I have no idea what to call it. I would assume it's cardio, but what kind? I need help please.
