Hi Aussies!
Anyone here do Jacob's Ladder near Kings Park. Just wondering what a good number of climbs is to aim for. Right now four or five is my max....my shins start to hurt after that...is that normal?
Thanks in advance

Hey fellow Aussie!
Good on you taking the challenge of the dreaded ladder! I don't work in the city so I've never done it, but if you can do 5-6 times already your doing really well. Maybe work on time (ie going up faster) or taking the stairs 2 at a time if your looking to push yourself?
Or just ask some one who looks pretty fit how much they can do? I'm sure they would be flattered and give you something to aim for.0 -
I used to work with a girl who played hockey competitively. On the off season she would do Jacobs ladder up to 10x. I figure just keep going until you have to stop and if you see a really fit person on the stairs ask them how many they do.0
