any other girls in college??

i'm a sophomore in college and i started with MFP the beginning of my freshman year. i got off track by spring semester and am trying really hard to stay focused this time! would love to have some friends on here who are also in college and struggling with some of the same things, but even if you aren't in college i would love to be your friend! could always use/give more support :)

  • Egatta I am also in college and understand your struggles. I have lived on campus and eaten in the places supplied and now off campus for two years and tried making it on my own just like what you spoke of I do well for a while then get off track and always hard to get back on track after you get off. I just feel so ick now. Love to be here for support also and get some :)

Hi, I'm a junior in college and I started MFP about a month ago, but I also fell of the wagon during the last three weeks becaue I was just starting back school and getting used to a new routine. Today is my first day being back on track and I could definetly use all the motivation/support I can get and I will definetly do the same :)

Ugh I know how you feel with the college life... just binged on booze and late night burgers last night =/ and they want to do it all over again! Bah, I need less good looking friends so I stop comparing lol.

Feel free to add me

I'm in college as well. My first year in college I had to go up 5 flights of stairs to/from my room everyday and my coach for color guard had us do PT so naturally I lost weight my first year. My second year I switched buildings so I didn't have that built in exercise there and we got a different coach so I needed to make more of an effort. Which I did but it became hard, until spring quarter when I was on co-op and my friend and i went several times a week. The summer went pretty well until classes go harder. Now I'm back on co-op (but still living on campus). A couple people in the office are using this too (additional motivation). With me, I feed myself for most meals since there's no times for dinning halls but its hard to resist just pulling through somewhere. This year I'm doing better and the last 3 weeks have been going the rec at least 3-4 days a week for strength training after my practices.

    Feel free to add me!

Glad I'm not the only one! I'm a junior this year. I was doing great spring semester and then finals happened.. then right after school got out we took 2 seperate vacations almost back to back... So my routine got smashed.. This semester I just recently moved into a new house and have been having to deal with everything there as well as starting back to school.. I'm definitely needing some help to get back on track and stick with it! Caf food is horrible.. so I'm going to start packing my lunches next week! I hope we can keep each other motivated!
  • I'm a freshman in college! :)
feel free to add me as well.
