Shakeology...anyone use it?

I was just wondering if anyone here has ever used Shakeology as one meal replacement during the day. I'm considering getting it but wanted to hear some feed back. From what I hear so far people love it, but I think it's pretty expensive. Anyone with any results or stories about it?

    Hi There!

    I just started using Shakeology three weeks ago but so far I'm really liking it! I use it as a meal replacement for lunch and it's really helping me. One of the hardest things for me is to judge how many calories are in catered food (my office always has catered lunches). Bringing my pre-made Shakeology to work means that I know exactly how many calories I'll be eating. It is really expensive - I've only ordered one bag so far just to see if I like it. But oddly, the fact that I did spend good money on it also makes me stick to having that for lunch. I just think to myself how I already paid for it so I should drink it!

    I'm really liking both the strawberry and chocolate flavors. My friend has tried the berry flavor and says she doesn't like it so I decided not to spend my money on that one.

    My go-to recipe:

    1 cup (or a little more to add volume) of ice
    1 scoop of the shake mix
    1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1/2 cup of coconut milk
    2 tablespoons of fat free sugar free jello cheesecake mix (not the healthiest, but it makes the shake thicker and removes any chalky flavor, and only adds 50 calories)

    Anyway, it's only been three weeks so we'll see how it goes, but I have lost 4 pounds so far so that's making me really happy :)

    Love it, wish I could afford it on a more regular basis. I'll get there though.

    I use Muscle Milk light, and it works pretty good, and not expensive, 20.00 for a large container that last several weeks if used once a day

    Thanks everyone. It's just so expensive so I wasn't sure if I wanted to start something like that.

    Use it every day. That said yes it is pricey. You can get similar results with cheaper stuff and if you look around here you will find plenty of threads about how overpriced it is and a lot of people that get angry over it :) If you can afford it I think its great.

    Try it for sure ! You can use the whole bag, and send it back for a refund if u don't like it. I used it for a few months last spring. Totally killed my sweet tooth . Nothing I've tried since has compared . I cancelled my autoship. They are very nice. I'm about to order it again, they've changed the formula to make it even better but people day it's changed the taste ...& not for the better. But for 30 days, I'll let myself decide. And, my bags lasted me 6 wks. Not 30 days :). Hopefully the haters who have probably never even tried it won't get to you. I asked about the new formula 3 nights ago, some idiot told me to try "cocain" what a loser ! Get the chocolate though add some frozn banana...nom, nom,nom :). The energy you get from it is awesome too ! From your profile sounds like you should try "treating" yourself ! Couldn't hurt :)

    I've only been using shakeology for 5 days and I love it !! I got the chocolate flavor and it taste sooo good...and it keeps me full for 4 hrs which I love...I'm doing the 30 day trial to see the difference in my body ... I use it as a meal replacement for lunch and dinner when I'm at work during the night ... I will Defintely go to autoship after I finish this bag... It's pricey but worth it

    I've been using it for 3 weeks and have lost weight feel great and yes I HATE the price but am very protective of it because how much I paid for it. I will order again next month.
