    Because I am concerned that it is an advertisement for a product which would be inappropriate. If it's a joke, then great, but I am a little hyper-vigilant about sales creeping in. Sorry if I'm too much of an alarmist.

    The property for sale in Oklahoma was moooost likely a joke, since Oklahoma isn't on the ocean and can therefore not really have oceanfront property. :wink:
