New to MFP and already lost 8 lbs since September 6th!

Hi! I am new to MFP and I have already lost 8 lbs! Which puts me ahead of my mini goals on my profile :) Super excited and just wanted to share :)

All I have been doing is eating better and I started 2 part time jobs so I am constantly on my feet! Looking to lose 202 more lbs.

    Awesome!! :) I love it how you've split your journey into many little mini-goals. It makes everything less overwhelming.

    I should probably do that too, it might help me stay motivated and stop me from getting sidetracked... :)
  • I was very overwhelmed looking at the big picture of losing 210 pounds but breaking it up into 2 lbs a week mini goals had made it seem so much more realistic and I am surpassing those mini goals, so it makes me feel even better! I would definitely do it if I were you!
