50 lbs, and a complete lifestyle change. The before was a family photo from last summer. The after is from last week at band practice.

also I have been here a little over a year as well and I to lost around 67 lbs
in that time...still trying to lose another 10 (about) I would like to hang around 150lbs. 0 -
