Anyone on here doing a low carb diet or have had done one? What were your results? what kind of things did you eat? Still not entirely sure what has carbs and what doesn't, but would like to know if it made a difference for you. thanks.

I'm doing south beach which is more of a good carb diet than a low carb diet. The first phase (2 weeks) is pretty restrictive, bit after that, it's not bad at all. It has really helped me curb my carb and sugar addiction.

I had gastric sleeve surgery in June and my doctor has me on a modified Atkins diet. Mostly things like eggs, chicen, fish, meat, low fat cheese. It seems to be working really well for me.
Good luck. Feel free to add me to your friend list.
    Take care,

Hi - we have a group called Low Carber Daily Forum where all varieties of low carb intakes are welcomed.

Yes for many it does make a difference on the type of carbohydrates to consume vs the processed/refined foods, etc... a prominent focus is on keeping foods fresh and as natural as can be.
