    Thanks guys,my major problem is eating when I'm not even hungry...............like tonight for example....i have done well all day...then it gets to the evening when i am alone and i have just sat here and ate everything in site and I'm not even hungry ;0( I will also eat when I'm stressed.....sometimes i find my two young children stressful and when they get too much i just binge....pathetic isn't it??

    So I'm hoping by having support around me i can kick this binge habit x
