DONE! My arms are killing me! Instead of the cans cause they we're too light LOL I got jugs of juice. (Apple juice & Cranberry juice) Who knew after 50 they would become heavier LOL.0 -

Finished! Wow, even with 3 lb weights it gives ya quite a burn! Thanks for the challenge though, I really need to get rid of the extra jiggle in my arms!0
