just a bit of help please

Hi everyone, I'm pretty new at this and was hoping someone could answer a quick question for me....When you log exercises such as push ups, squats and crunches should they go under strength or cardio and if they do go in strength do you add in time that you did them under cardio too? Maybe this is a dumb question lol but I'm new to this whole exercise thing, before now I usually just jog to the fridge during the commercials lol.

  • I would personally just put it as strength because (TO ME ) cardio REALLY gets your heart pumping and the sweat dripping. Jogging, dancing, walking fast.. those things are cardio to me.
