Hello! I'm New(ish) to MFP!

Hi Everyone,

I joined MFP a few months ago but let traveling for work side track-me from my weight loss goals for a while. When I noticed I was no longer losing weight, I started logging into MFP again and tracking my calories, and I'm starting to get back on track!

Anyway, I'd love to find some friends on here so we can help encourage each other - I've been trying to do this alone and it's so much harder that way! Please add me!

    im new here too and after losing about 15 pounds last spring put it all back on and then some over the summer. i am hoping logging my food on here and participating in the community will help me to stay on track this time. feel free to add me as well.

    Hey, I'm new too. I just started logging on Sunday. Hoping I can keep it up. I just had my son in February and hope to get healthier so I have the energy to be chasing after him soon :)
