Having trouble eating

I have to force myself to eat what i do i am not hungry and when i do eat i am eating on the same meal all day. Does anyone have any advice that could help me eat smaller meals through out my day

First, if you can get your body started right in the AM with some form of a balanced breakfast, that gets your metabolism jump started. Half a banana gets things going. Also, making sure to avoid processed foods will help your body naturally want to eat more of what it really needs. You've got it right about eating smaller meals throughout the day. That keeps your metabolism burning calories and avoids what is called starvation mode where your body turns any carbs into fat. A handful of almonds, a bit of Greek yogurt, some carrots with hummus are all good snack solutions. Are you following a specific nutrition plan? A calorie goal each day?0
