    This was SUCH a great idea!!! I have been feeling overwhelmed with info lately....how many calories to eat, to eat exercise calories or not, how often to eat, what to eat, when to exercise, caridio vs toning.....ITS ALL TOO MUCH! It obvious from these photos that YOU FOLKS KNOW HOW TO DO IT!!! I am relatively new here and don't have a ton of friends, but I am looking for people who HAVE been successful! So if you would like one more friend....PLEASE ADD ME!!!

    ABSOLUTELY AMAZING TRANSFORMATIONS HERE!

    I am not finished losing yet, but I started at 332.4 and weighed in this morning at 218.4. I have a couple of pics in my profile. I was in the 230's in my current profile pic.

    I'm 5'11, I started at 241 in January, I am 179 now (I was down to 169 but fell off the wagon a bit last month) I have about 14-16 pounds still to go!

    Am I happy HELL

    All those flat tummies! How did you guys get them like that? I'm loosing and exercising and such but my tummy stays wobbly. :laugh:

    Wow, this was the thread I REALLY needed to see! I WISH I could do insanity, but with my back surgery it's not an option... but looking at these pics make me think maybe I can do this after all even if I am over 40. Thanks everyone for posting them!
