Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology! From Purdue University. Go Boilers! :-)
  • What degrees do the folks of MFP hold?

depends on how much weight you have lost. The more weight you lose the more degrees some think they have.

There is a guy here who has lost a lot of weight and suddenly he is not only a rocket scientist but also the greatest psychologist since Pluto or whatever his name is.

    hahahha

Oh, and I have a BS in Special Education.

Buttttttt...not using it. Got burnt out on teaching/school system super quick.
  • LICENSED FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND EMBALMER
    ASSOCIATES IN APPLIED SCIENCE
    BACHELOR IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

This is wanted to do when I graduated from high school. :) Always wondered if they had nurses (probably assistants) for autopsies. Weird I know.

No just assistants ...no nurses needed at that point!

Absolutely! I WISH I had a cosmetology license. I would love to have something to fall back on in case I get fired for being on MFP all day.
    No but seriously, that's awesome!

AAS in Nursing by mid December if all goes well...then off to get my BS, and maybe MS, though all the good nursing advanced degrees are getting switched to doctorate programs (NP, CRNA), so maybe I'll be getting a doctorate.

My true passion is makeup though, I went to makeup school and got the certificate, but you really need to know people in the biz to get to the good stuff...I wanted to do hi fashion runway, or editorial stuff. ..so if I can't do my artistic passion, I'll do the nerdy, science one.
