Scale goes up and down

Asking all you veteran MFP users if flucating on the scale is normal. I seem to lose, then gain, then lose, then gain. Rollercoaster ride it seems. I am tracking 100% of my daily food intake. I am not a junk food eater but I o have o admit this past 3 weeks getting my veggies in haven't been happening. Pulling up my socks today and going to start focusing in on getting the veggies eaten regularly. Everything else is good.
Any advise?

This is how the last 2 weeks went for me:
I was 183.6
Then I gained 12 lbs in less than a week. (T.O.M., etc)
Then I peed. A lot. . . for like 2 days straight.
Now I'm 182
I honestly don't even worry if I gain a few pounds one day anymore. It's normal to fluctuate a tiny bit. You can see that just by weighing yourself in the morning and again at night. You'll usually weigh more as the day goes by.0 -
Well......with not much info, I'd say - yes, the up down can happen due to salt, hormones, exercise. But if you are logging accurately, it shouldn't be much fluctuation - at most a couple pounds. Keep tweaking it.0

Yea, happens all the time. Sodium does it to me all the time. Most of the time its water weight. I can tell because I don't get 2 pounds in 1 day only eating 2400 calories =P0
