NSV - reduced BP meds!!!!

YES!!! My doc just reduced my BP dose from 320/25 level to 165/12.5 level. That's for two months at which time he will re-evaluate and maybe take me off completely! I 
MFP!!!!!
Two things: MFP got me to exercising more and a member here brought the book, Easy Way to Stop Smoking to my attention. So, no more cigs and more exercise and my meds are becoming history! That spells H-E-A-L-T-H!
