1 year on MFP!

When I started this a year ago I have to admit I didnt have high hopes for success. I had tried many things before, only to loose motivation and drop off from my routines after a few months. Months went on and now a year later I am closer to my weight loss goals than I have ever been in my life.
1 year - 94 lbs and 77 inches gone.. never felt better
Ran my first 5k in NYC this summer- a year ago walking up the stairs was a challenge. I have my first 10k race coming up in 4 weeks, and I am so excited!

You look fantastic. That is alot of weight to lose in a year. Great job, you inspire me as i just started this journey yet again, but feel this is the time it's going to happen. I have over 60 lbs to loose. Great job0

Wow, wow, wow, I love this. You look wonderful. I just started MFP two weeks ago. Please what was or has your routine been like?0

thanks girl!
routine varied quite a bit as my body was capable of doing more things. As it stands I do zumba 2-3 days a week ( its super fun, i go more for the atmosphere than anything ahah), Ive been trying to do weight training 3-4 days a week ( none of these sissy little girly weights- I say lift big or dont bother), the weights have dropped down to about 2 days a week recently since ive been doing more running ( 3 days a week) to get ready for a 10K I have in a few weeks, and hot yoga once a week on my rest day.
this is whats working for me right now.. who knows in a month it could change.
thanks for the kind words
