My hub got me a set of dumbells. I was just workin with em and my 4 yr old mr. handsome man comes up and decides to start liftin them. It was so cute. And he did 14 reps with the 3 pounder.

    My 3yr old (will be 4 on the 17th) loves to "left weights" with me too. Cute...but it scares me that she will drop em on her little piggies. :)

    I went to buy some handweights this past weekend with my six eyar old daughter and her little friend. They had to lift everyone I had to pick up and even though I warned the girls they were heavier than they looked, they were surprised when they picked each one up... especially the 8 pound weighted ball which didn't look very big. Their giggles & groans were priceless!
