9/21/12 One day at a time goals and motivation thread!

Hi all!
I've been really struggling with my goals and motivation as far as my weight loss is concerned. SO I've decided to take it one day at a time. I just set some goals for myself each day and do all I can to achieve the goals for that day only!! A day is totally managable for me! And a bunch of days will add up to something great!!
So feel free to join me in this thread to add your daily goals and lets all encourage each other to make each day as big of a success as we can!!! Goals can be whatever not just fitness related!
My goals for today are to:
Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and have at least one snack.
All home made/ prepared meals.
All water except for one drink.
Start this thread.
Make a to do list of work tasks.
10 minutes cleaning out dresser drawers.
30 minutes cleaning bedroom.
So what are your goals for today??? Please share!!!

Goals for today:
1. Take new profile photo-I am 12 pounds lighter than the one currently posted.
2. Download photos onto computer.
3 Try on some clothes to check for fit.(I have gone from a small 14 to a big ten with my weight loss.)
4 GO TO THE GYM
5. Eat sensibly!!0 -
mine would be
1. drink more water
2. excerise alittle tonight (volleyball practice)
3. try not to eat too late
4. try not to argue with husban ( thats going to be a hard one) hahaha0 -
We can do it!! So far I've eaten breakfast and lunch and didn't do too bad at all! I had some lemonade so I'm sitting here enjoy and ice cold glass of water and I am totally happy with that!!! I also did my to-do list and have all the items I need for dinner!!! How are you guys doing!!0
