My weight loss progress!

Hi, I'm Amber! Just thought I would share my progress over the past 7 months with everyone. I started using my fitness pal in late February of this year. I'd been cutting back a little and exercising for 2 weeks before I found my fitness pal, and I had lost 5 pounds. Once I started logging the food that I ate and exercising at least 4 or 5 times a week for at least an hour, I started to lose weight very consistently. I've been using my fitness pal and exercising for about 7 months now, and I have lost 81 pounds now!!! I look like a totally different person, and I thank God that I have finally gotten motivated to become a healthier person. I have about 28-48 pounds left to lose, and I am so excited!
