I want to share with you all - hope you dont mind but I was going to go to gym today since this is to be my HARD EXERCISE DAY (M-W-F; other days lite exercise)... but DH and I decided to mow!! WOW! What a workout I had by wearing my HRM! I kept looking at it and telling myself - ''just a little bit more....little bit more''... it was like MY COACH!!.....and I burned OVER 500 CAL. HOW? Mowing AND cutting branches, then I saw I was at 400 so I picked them up and bagged them and carried them to the front of the house...then when I got done with that I danced once in awhile to "PLAY THAT FUNKY MUSIC"!! LOL!, !! I really did. (I had my iPod shuffle on that is full of disco) and when that song came on, I would grab a big palm frawn and lift it up to the sky and back down and over and over (stretching out my back and all).....and YES I WAS IN THE BACK YARD at this time, so no one saw me!!! LOL !! Hit 500 I wanted to go a little bit further so I carried the trashcans around the house and quit when it hit 520. HA!!! SO YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! (thx for letting me share!)
