    Her diet is structured she has 3 solid meals 3 protein shakes a day. It contains 1,500 calories. Her diets change from month to month. She doesn't cheat or have cheat meals, days, or hours until her trainer allows her too! She is very hard on her self!

    Lots, and Lots of squats an lower body strength training! As you can see in get before picture all she had a "bass" (back & *kitten*) now she has cakes! Lol
