I use my HRM for walking and running, question, do i let fitbit adjust the calories with MFP or should I input the workout myself.

Another questions, if i am letting fitbit ajust with MFP do i start and stop the time on the fitbit.

I am so confused with this whole thing.

For walking/running I just let FitBit do its thing.

I actually never use the stop/start except for sleep - but some people like to use it to track exercise (I just make note of my start time and then my HRM tells me how long I went and the cals)

I just let fitbit do its thing too...I was hitting the start/stop button, but I realized that the fitbit was showing my natural changes in pace better when I did not!

I am thinking of getting a Fitbit, can you tell me if you think it is worth it? So if i Jazzercise does it put it in or am I having to do it? I thought the thing did it all for you??

I think the fitbit is good for walking and running. I use my HRM for zumba and weights. I also use my HRM for walking and running to measure my calories.
